I had same kind of file 587000 paid and converted to Phase 8 plot. I got an offer of 4,50,000 on month ago. When I offered to sale on that price, buyer was not willing to take for 450000.

so I end up paying bahri, 320000 remaining balance.

now I have a fully paid phase 8 plot.
