Can't believe this is so much hyped D12. Roads and infrastructure looks like a 3rd quality development.

The only think I liked is the beautifual mountains in the back.

see, i already worte in this forum 6 months before wait for an other 5 years to complete the infrastructure.
CDA is empty pocket now.

Thank you for posting the pictures.

D-12 will always be a good sector due the reasons mentioned by Khayyam above (Proximity to Margala Mountains and the Core Islamabad Area). I think its prices are also slowly creeping up because construction of houses has begun. I expect that trend to continue.

The pictures look beautiful but only because of the background scenery. NO THANKS TO CDA. CDA moves like a freight train, they will take their time. Their jobs and promotions are secure. Too secure.
