ISLAMABAD: Habib Ahmed, a citizen, told Daily Times he purchased a flat in Sector F-10 from Dr Usman Afridi’s wife through registry. “Now it has become a problem for me because CDA has not issued the completion certificate to the landlady and none is ready to purchase the flat from me,” he added. Sohail Jamil, another citizen, confronts the same problem.
