i just want to ask that is there any legal value of Mukhtar-nama in Pakistan ?

some one told me that we can also register that Mukhtar-nama....


so is it a powerful document ?

Known as authority letter, are of various types. Yes it is a powerful document, but can be cancelled by the originator.

Please get more information from some good lawyer

If you are buying any poperty on Mukhtar Nama never go for that

1. Mukhtar nama is valid only till the Executor is alive
2. It can be cancelled by the Executor any time.
3. On death of Executor, it will automatically become invalid
4. It is very risky

i puchase a plot which is transfer but this tranfer (from muhtar nama) is after the death of allotte now it is transfer in my own name the thing is any risk in this property.......what i do

I need a legal advice from a professional lawyer. mere grand father ki ek property ti jis mai meri phopo bhi hissa dar hain father ki death k bad meri phopo ne kaha k us pe meri ami ka haq ni hai. Is bt ko bohat sal guzar chuke hain 3 adalaton ne humare haq mai faisla kiya hai phr b meri phopo apeal kr rhi hai akhir ku koi aisa tarika ni hai k ye log apeal na kr saken. Mai ye bata dena chahti hn k us property ki nilami ho chuki hai.

Respected Sir mai ap se mukhtar nama ki hasyat jannana chahta hu.ager mai kisi ko mukhtar nama likh k deta hu k mera ab es case se koi taluq nai ap jano aur ap ka case.to kya kal ko es case k mutalaq adalat faisala sunati hai jo k humary khelaf ho to us surat mai,saza ho ya jurmana, to adalat kis ka nam nominate kary gi.humy jurmana ho ga ya usko jis k nam hum ny power of attorny di ha,kindly guide kar dayin shukria

Hi sir im form UK my brother take mukhtar nama to me about court case at 2006/2007 and after my brother take my land own is name when im ask him about my land he say u have no land than we family people solve the problem and he say im give bac land to my brother he Wright satam front off 4 witness than after 2/3 weeks he sy im not give land back now he sold land and he not give me money or land.
