Dont go for control shed, if you really wanna get some profit. As control shed in pakistan would not guarantee you total security. I can get you multiple factors, just think from where did you get the oxygen in your control shed and the simple answer is " from outside" so how will you stop the virus, funny ........
So its better to go for open shed, in far off place and spend some on vaccination and u will get more profit
