Our house is almost 2 yrs old and the wall attached to other house showing water marks or seam. We got it cleaned and repainted but friken thing is appearing again. Is there any permanent treatment to this? I will really appreciate the help from this forum.

well water is getting in between of the two walls, 1st try to fix that with cement and once you have seam its really hard to get rid of it , putting tiles is the best solution and you will not have to worry aout 10-15 years. |

Thanks. Put cement b/w walls, they are attached so not sure how it will be done but I'll suggest this to contractor.
Putting tiles, which tiles? and where to put them? interior wall? and then paint on top of it? please add some details to this.
