I want to purchase a plot of 10M in Islamabad.My budget is RS.
I Dont want to build house on it now,and planning to start the construction in next 3 to 4 years.
I would like to seek the valuable advice from the viewers that where i should buy withing the budget.

Dont go for files buy only developed plot.
DHA-2 EXT (ex-commoners Town) 15 to 20 lac more than 65% developed.
River Gardens 13 to 18 lac 100% developed Elec. Gas Water available.
Soan Gardens 16 to 25 lac 100% developed.
Baheria Ph-8 Block B,C,D,E,F1 almost 100% developed 12 to 16.50 lac |
