Once mentioned that Divine gardens is equal to a block of phase 6. Ad is appearing for a long time. It should have been sold by now beause of its small size. Any reason?

5 Marla houses are currently in prelaunch phase. 5 Marla models homes, and promotional material preparation are in finishing stages. After completion there will be a massive, official launching campaign for 5 Marla along with remaining 8 Marla units. At that time with model homes ready for preview and promotion in print and electronic media the homes will be sold quickly. Until then it is in prelaunch phase which is slow and steady sale but buyers can avail better locations (first come first served) at better prices in this prelaunch phase. Once launched it will be hard to avail best locations at best prices.

Last year, the 10 Marla houses were sold in prelaunch between 78 to 83 Lacs, and all houses with good locations were sold in prelaunch phase but at a slow and steady pace. When properly launched (10 Marla @ 90 Lacs) with promotions in print and electronic media on January 15, 2010, all 10, 12 and 14 marla were sold within few days of launch.

Has Divine started construction of already SOLD 10, 12 and 14 marla houses yet? Can someone or LRE provide update please? I suggest that Divine Gardens should start construction of already SOLD houses first to attract more buyers for their new houses. Also, I suggest that Divine should convert all condos into 5 or 7 marla houses for quick sale.

Yes Divine has already started construction of SOLD houses according to their liability of scheduled delivery, and in fact they are well ahead of the schedule for the whole project. Some people have paid lump sum for early delivery and others have chosen 18 months plan. Still others are on 3 years plan. Accordingly the construction is going on at a rapid pace for houses whith lump sum and 18 months plan. And the houses on 3 years plan are naturally next, as the develolpers have to distribute the resources properly to make ontime delivery according to their liability. It takes only 6 to 8 months to finish a 10 marla house. If you are on 3 years plan you can pay early to get early delivery.
