Formanites Housing Scheme Lahore is now under COURT STAY (litigation) due to increase in development charges.


This action or law suit outcome will put a stop to all unjust increases by developers.

All formanites affectees should join them asap so that they are able to stop permanently such actions by greedy developers who only ask for more money and give nothing in return.

Friends I have registered a body comprising 26 people as 'Formanites Housing Scheme Welfare Society' to sale the people who have plots in Formanites Housing Scheme. I fighting against FHS Management on the different forums like Media, Court, Agitation on the Roads, arranging meetings in the different marriage halls to deliver my message that I am planning in future. At present I have around 150 members registered and contacting me more for giving me valuable suggestions how to manage in future. Inshallah we will be successful in our cause. What is real situation of Formanites now? What happened abt court case? What is the future of that who have plots is non possetion area? Wattoo ofering plot in possetion area for extra ammount, what wil happened if that plot already alloted to an other party? I m worry plz hlp me. .

Pl. do not pay any extra money to Wattos. Court has given orders to wattos to not to get any extra money. LDA has also given ruling against Wattos. Inshallah soon Wattos will be behind bars in jail for looting money from innocent people. Case is still in court. Beware of people who work for Wattos and advise you to pay extra money
