NEED’s ADVISE.
My family is leaving in Lahore in a rental house portion since 2 years. The owner lady is also in ground portion. Owner always treating very badly my family on different ways. We want to shift somewhere else. Peoples around told use her reputation is very bad she will not pay you back your advance money (35 thousand).
What should be our legal & noble way to get our money (advance) back.
Please advise me.

Legal option won't work, you should involve the agent who made the deal for you. 2nd option is to stop paying rent until it equals 35k, as Kashif has suggested. Never ever live in a rented house, where owner is nearby or living in the same house. |
