DEAR FRIEND I RECENTLY VISITED BAHRIA TOWN RAWALPINDI.I Am very dishearted by bahria town approch to the customer.i was told by one resposible person in bahria town that bahria town will allot awami villa number in sector N OF PHASE 8.PLEASE KEEP IN MIND SECTOR N OF PHASE 8 UNDEVOLP AND FAR AWAY IN REMOTE AREA OF PHASE 8.THIS IS VERY UNFAIR WITH BAHRIA TOWN AWAMI VILLA CUSTOMER.PLEASE HELP US TO FIND SOLUTION.

why do you expect to get awami villa in prime location?
Based on its price even remote area it is a good deal.
One thing they are mismanaging is the timing. |

Overall experience with Bahria is great.
There is no housing society in Pakistan which can be compared to Bahria. Bahria is simply the best.

Dear Khokhar sb, Please arrange for a protest rally to expose the bahria
management for their unfairness with the Awami villa customers. I will
specially come to Rawalpindi/Islamabad to join your rally for the Noble
cause as i am also an affected one like others.

Until you guys will go to court for justice, you shall remain facing such problems. Get united all and file a petition in High court and Supreme Court .. Crying individually will not solve your problems .. |

i am one of the victims who has paid all the dues along with the extra charges (phase 7) and still no posession and now this thug is saying that the plot(along with 146 others) has been cancelled becuse he is converting our residentail plots into commercial ones and giving us a lil more money thn we have paid to him almost 7 yrs bak.
if anyone has info about the other members who are going to the supreme court against him, kindly msg me on my number, (dr rizwan).. may be collectivli we can do more agisnt him. thnakyou |

Dear All coalleauges! It is a shame why pakistani management is doing for what? I would like to suggest you can we go to Supreme court against Bahria town management. I am also victim of bahria town awami villa in sector N. Two years ago villa had been drawn still no progress tis people they are not affraid from Allah, they are not professional only they want to cheat our peoples one day Allah will listen and they will be in trouble. |
