hi i want to tell u that i booked 2 plots of bahria town sec C 6 yrs back and i gave my all instalments on time but the managment had changed my plots from sec C to bahria orchard i was so tensed and i ask them to refund my money in july last year and they gave me letter of 0 % deduction as i had paid my all instalments on time but now when i ask them my refund money they excused and they told me that they will deduct 20% even though i have printed paper on which refunded amount is mention and they ask me that i should take a plot in raiwind otherwise they will refund me my money after one yr from now and they will also deduct 20% more then written amount on my paper which they have given during submission of my file i am so tense and i dont know what to do now as i was expecting that money and i have started construction of my house in Valencia plz guys suggest me what should i do now

Court of law only recognizes the written agreement between the two parties. Bahria Town will get his signatures on the receipt showing balance amount as Nil. Legally, he can not pursue the case for anymore money. |
