No news and you can see that LRE has been reducing the prices again .. They will again increase the price when the hearing date comes nearer :) This hide and seek will go on until the Court gives a verdict... Lets hope for justice ....

I think it is 7th of October,2010 the hearing date.

I hope we hear a verdict soon on this case, hopefully in favour of file holders, and does not turn into a "Deevani" case which lasts 20 years.
DHA is a strong institution. If DHA really want they can drag this as long as they want. Let's hope that does not happen.

I got the rate of 21.50 for 1 kanal and 15.50 for 10 marla parkview file today, also I have been informed that DHA has intimated the court that they will hold the ballot in 6 months and will allocate land within DHA-8. Now only God know the rest.
