Khayyaban e Amin vs Engineer's Town vs Bahria Town,

Salam all,

I am looking for a residential plot in budget of 12 lac where I can construct a small house. I am currently living on rent and want to get rid of it.

Last Sunday I went to visit Khayaban e Amin and Engineer's town. Before this I visited BT aswell.

A property dealer in Khayaban e Amin had a 10M plot near entrance. In Engineer's town 10M plots are abit far but it also looks a good society.

BT is good but its abit too far as my Job is in Cantt area.
Can you guys provide me your expert opinion about it especially what is status/repute of Khayaban e Amin?

Nasheman 2 is a good option it is clear Society with Possession. But If you are working in Cantt then have Look of, Punjab small industries Close to DHA Phase 2 and 5,From Bhatta Chowk 1.5 KM Only On Bedian Road, Advantage will be it is very well populated and much closer to Cantt and defense,
Nasheman 2, IEP engineer town and Khiabane Amee none have Population at this stage.

When ever you purchase a file, you are always at risk. MUST go for a plot which actualy exist, may be in Bahria or any where you like.
