I wish to buy minimum 3 bed 10 marla house in good and posh new locality of lahore.
The house should be located in a secure area preferabbly gated community close to all amenties. Routine maintenance may also be provided by developer or housing society itself as is being done in the case of safari villas by Bahria Town.
My Budget is between 60 to 70 lakhs.
Friends on this forum may guide and advise me about good location and posh housing society.
The sellers of any such property may kindly send me e-mail as presently I am touring abroad.

Check Sunday's Jang newspaper. You will get many options. You can buy a 10 Marla house in DHA if you really explore. I saw ads asking for 65 lacs as well in last Sunday's Jang. So check out coming Sunday. |

I think Mr. Saeed Khan is interested in secure and gated community. He is also looking for regular maintenance of house by Society or Developer. DHA is not gated nor it provides Maintainance service. Altough otherwise it is very good.
Friends may advise keeping this factor in mind. |
