Nasheman 2 still have access problem till it have direct approach from College road, Both are almost equal priced, One the other hand down side of IEP is that there are too many big plots, Hence population will be much later than Nasheman 2,
Now ask your self if you need to shift in 5 ys time to your new house and that also 10 Merla then Nasheman 2 is better, On the Other hand if you are Looking for investment and like to hold for Min 10 years then IEP can be good.
For smaller plots price appreciation will be faster in Nasheman 2, Both are reliable and and developed societies, Both Dont have suigas yet [best of my Knowledge] |
