Want to buy 1 kanal in DHAI-2E Ex-Commoner's Town,

Hi,

A friend is offering me 1 kanal plot in DHAI-II Extn (Ex Commoner's Town) in DC block for 35 lakh. He has paid the development charges and has the allotment letter.

Is it a good deal? Can someone shed a light on the latest prices for 1 kanal plot in DHAI-II Ext (Ex Commoner's Town) in DC block, 500 yards.

Yuo can find plots of 1 kanal in II Ext starting from 24 lakh, i dont know the details, you better check with property dealers

hassan is right there are a lot of offers starting fron 20 Lakh infact to max 25.5 Lakh

If u have 35 lekh in hand go for DHA-II proper u may find there 500 yards plot in D or G block . Rates given above in three posts r right.

If I am not mistaken coommoers now proper DHA-2 not extension. Last time when I visited in March 2010 I saw the signs dha-2 bc, dc etc. Please let me know if i am mistaken. You could get plot for 20 lacs :), I have one there and It cost me more then 25 lacs 3 years back. I hope long term it's good investment and goes up.
Just for information, anyone tell me block and plot number that you could get in possession area for 20-25 lacs?

Dear prices quoted to you are high in 35 lacs you can get blvd plot in BC or CC sector which is possession sectors ready for construction

Hello,

DHAI, Ex-Commoners Town has sectors i.e., BC, CC, DC & EC. At this moment permission has been granted to construct houses in BC & CC.

The rates in DHAI, Ex-Commoners Town(BC, CC, DC & EC) varies & ranges from 24 Lacs to 45 lacs depending upon the location i.e., whether its a Main Blvd, corner, height located plot etc etc
