I have a budget of PKR 2-2.5 Million.I am looking to buy a house in lahore which can give me monthly rent as well as future value rise.

As i am living abroad, i shall prefer to buy in a society where to chances of fruad and documentation and qabza problems.

Need expert opinion from brothers.
