I have 10-13 lacks and i am an oversees Pakistani,coming to pak in this Dec for couple of weeks,I want to buy a plot where i can build my house with in next....3......... years.
I seed your valuable advice which place will suit me in this budget in Islamabad.

purchase plot in a society where at least 3 or 4 house already built. this is only logical time period for 3 years.

Brother I have a 30x60(200sq yds/8 Marlas)plot in G block Soan Gardens, Islamabad. It has a nice location and open at the back with extra land,front is 40feet wide metalled road. This is good and CDA Zone 5 society. It is srounded by Bahria Town, River Gardes, PWD and is directly lying on Islamabad highway. I have a house and my family lives there.There are hundreds of houses built in the society and everything is available, good schools, clinics, markets even a utility store. I myself work in Riyadh my Mobile number is . I am asking for this plot 12 Lacs which is much lower than the market.

Lucky, Brother It is a leveled plot itself. The extra open land at the back is in depression. But if you want to build a half depressed basement its back doors will open in extra land, where you can set up a nice small garden and veg farm for family plus a 3 story house. That is why we bought this plot, later on we found a built up corner plot (just 2/3 plot away in the same row we got it). Therefore it is redundant and if I get the money I spent on the plot I will sell it. My email address is

H Block. CDA NOC is issued.
CBR Town: Zone-5 (near Soaan Garden and Bahria Phase 6) 30*60 plot CDA NOC is issued.
Zone-II 35*70 Plot in E-16,E-17,F-17,B-17 CDA NOC Issued.
Purchase plot where final NOC is issued by the CDA.

Sir B-17 and F-17 would are the suitable options for u in above said budget. u can purchase a 35*70 plot there. Many homes are under construction in both societies. ()
