Dear Gents
I owned a plot in DHA-7, block Z facing golf course. With the recent changes in Z Block, these plot have been shifted above. How DHA will deal this. I bought this plot hoping to be on 150 feet wide road and facing Golf Course. Can anybody tell me what I should do and has DHA announced anything in this regards.

I don't understand why people r so crazy about DHA. All DHA is not attractive place, ofcourse, there are some areas in DHA very attractive but very expensive too. Anyway, so many societies are merging into DHA that should not mean that with just merging into DHA will make the place very attractive. There r so many other societies much more attractive. |

Please look at the documents you signed when purchasing the plot. Is there any clause there that allows DHA to shift the location of the plot in contract? If there is then you should accept it as policy as DHA reserved the right to shift the plot. If there isn'st such a clause in contract then in my opinion take legal action, write to CJ, DHA chief, etc. |

I also own a plot in Z Block... 150 ft road , corner plot.. i was also pretty worried about how they will work out the new numberings, locations etc. I went to the DHA office several times and have been assured that a new number will be assigned , but the location will remain the same... so you dont have to worry.. your premium plot wont get shifted to some dead end place. |
