what is total construction A class cost for a 300 Sq Yd corner house in PECHS Islamabad single story complete turnkey basis(as and when it is ready for living, I already have the possession)how long it will take to construct single story with one B/R and large living kitchen etc. A class material.

what is the status of this society as I am overseas and not visited site for last 5 years. I heard a road is being built from Fateh jang to NIIA within the society

Mr AQ future of pechs is good as new airport is being built here work is in progress and pechs has given pathway to the people & contrators working at new airport like siemens etc and your other qurey regarding construction of the house on turnkey basis.you may contact on my cell number which is bcoz lots of things to ask from both sides before quoting the best price.so don't hesitate to call.
