Plot near grave yard,

I wanted some opinions from friends about the disadvantages of having a plot near or alongside graveyard. What are the real negatives ? thanks.

Nothing much except you will be having some guests often visiting your house without NOTIFICATION AND INVITATION.

Main factor of avoiding such location is due to illegal activities. Unfortunately people use such places for some chilla, durgs and other non-acceptable activities.

Secondly, it will be hard to re-sale or you'll get heavy loss in future if case you want to re-sale it. Nothing wrong in living there.

In a budget of 40~41 lac it is better to purchase 10 marla plot in DHA Phase-5 K/L block instead of Suigas-1 near graveyard.

Rightly Mentioned by progress, Street Crime is more close to Graveyard due to hideouts. Another problem is that if this area is not populated already then rate of Construct of Houses is very slow. See still houses are empty in Phase 1 near Graveyard and village. Plots are developed for 30+ years.

As "Well Wisher" said i have low budget around 4.5 mil so in this budget a compromised location i have to accept. Will try to avoid graveyard but for how long !!!!!!!! :)

Anyway, i already checked phase-5, 10 marla plots. In my budget good location not available, DHA have seperated the 10 marla wing and personally i do not like it. Not interested in Phase-6 being out of ring road and phase 7-8 due to Bhatta chowk.

To my understanding Suigas 1 has declared it a graveyard but is still not operative yet. A rumour saying that it may be a future way to Wateen Chowk through Ph 5; DHA has also reserved the adjoing area as well.

Its a graveyard and there are few graves as well.
