Kindly advise me estimated construction rate per Sq Meter /Feet for the followings,

1- A class Construction
2- B class / Average Construction.
3- Grey Structure only

I would request construction companies/ personnels to please advise the key variants in building sectors and highlight main issues, preferred if someone shares any case study with all calculations and variants.
