Dear CMY and others
Can u through some light on the current development of DHA phase 6 lahore. What about shops, mosques and school. Can we see life there or still it will take time.
Is from Ring road we have direct exit for Dha Phase 6.

Qais sahid mosque is now functional in B block and under construction in other block. Schools are under construction in C and J blocks and will open for classes next year. Shops are now open in B block. Plaza are under construction in A B H blocks.
DHA 6 is now liveable. I myself is living in DHA 6 for past 4 months and very happy I made the move.
DHA 6 will have direct access to ring road in one to two months.

As you have told that development in ph 6 is going on at fast pace but prices of plots are coming down as per the market pulse posted by you. Is it going to come down further as per your assessment or go up from here?
Also what is the status of development in block J. Is it going to be livable in next couple of years?
