i want a house in dha lahore or any good open spaced society of not more then 30,00000.
i want it in installment of 50,000 per month.
i want possession after 1st installment and remaining will be paid while living in house.

Infact i asked this question last week , but no body replied :(
some one told me that DHA 8 is available on installments.

I Think You might find 5 Mela single story house in This budget in Bahria Town, and you can get it Financed by some Private Bank, But I am afraid you might have to pay about 50 Lac when installments will finish. The Mark up is about 15 to 17%. You occasionally get chance to get a house on installments when it is ready.
On ferozepur Road one year back there were some houses built by some developer with same. But That were only few units and was not a reliable builder. |

cmy sahib i am also intrested to build my house through ur company.yet i did not buy any plot.please u recmond any good society for 5 to 10 marla plot in 10 to 12 lacs budget with future prospects and please also write each and every thing about construction of house.thanx |
