Few days back i heard about the news of merger cancellation of Aer Avenur with DHA. I could not follow up on that news. Has it been officially announced by DHA or not yet? Has DHA contacted any plot holders yet?

De-merger is not so easy...DHA just putting pressure on urban developers. |

DHA has stoped all transfers of Plots in this phase also stopped construction of buildings. if you are a plot holder you need to call DHA and verify. Till today this merger is in danger and if this happens will result in loss to plot holders. |

I called one week age and they said these are just rumers , transfer and construction is allowed. I also visited air avenue at EID and there was construction in progress in Block-R. |

my personal transfer is on hold. it is confirmed that DHA and Urban developers have serious issues. DHA is not allowing anf transfers and also permission to start new construction. CMY also confirmed on this. |

Mr. Ashraf, Can you plz. tell little more about your trnasfer on hold like :
1. Is your plot already with DHA allotment letter or old air avenue letter?
2. whether the merger fee was paid earlier?
