Bahria phase 8 & 9,

Can you share some information about Bahria ph 8 & 9. Is there any development ongoing in these sectors right now?
Is it worth investing in ph 8 (e.g. L,M,N blocks) or phase 9?

can any one tell me the prices of B-17 Block A,B,C,D AND E Of 30*60 size.
and also i wanted to know that in which block society provides plot in instalment along procedure of term and condition .

i wanted to start my bizz in pak. i need intention al of u ppl to contribute their experience and shed light to start bizz in pak.which kind of bizz is gud to run wid no loss plus how much money required to run it.kindly contribute which kind of biz we may run like construction,travel,academy,shop,farming,property,rent a car,............etc

Dear Malik,
Please forget about phase-9 for now.
Rapid developement ongoing in Phas-8 for Sectors A,B,C,D,E,F.
I have been to above mentioned Sectors and checked the development my self.

i was there is april this year,,,,bahria town management is developing phase 7 and 8 so fast,,,, they are shifting there headoffice to phase 7, a brand new big hospital is built already , and a brand new school. I am starting construction in phase 7 next month.

Pls mention exact location of Bahria Phase 7 and 8. Is it in Islamabad or Lahore?

Bahria Phase 7, 8 and 9 are on opposite side of GT road across from Phase 1 to 6. Bahria Town Rawalpindi/Islamabad is located on GT road going towrads Lahore short of Rawat before DHA Phase 2. Phase 7 is fully deveoped with quite a few homes built already and so are parts of Phase 8 as well. Phase 9 for now is just on paper and will take a long time before someone can live there, so not recomended as Phase 8 alone is quite huge and will take time to fully develop. Prices in Phase 7 and 8 are very reasonable at the moment and good option for building a home or investment for residential or commercial purpose.
