As I didnot got any rely to my previous post so asking again :(
Can anyone please tell me the exact location of DHA Phase 1 extension, is it after phase 8/9 of bahria ? or beside phase 1 od DHA ? if anyone can point on google map please ?
Also what are the best sector of phase 1 extension ?
Average actual rate ?

DHAI Phase 1 extension runs south of DHAI Phase 1 and along Soan River on the opposite side of Bahria Phase 8 along Soan River. |

About 6 months before, I visited DHAI Office, had discussion with DD Town Planning Mr Faisal, who told me that the development work is already in progress and INSHALLAH will be completed withing 1.5 - 2 years time. Someone may comment on its development present status |

As per initial map, A block has an access thru Adiala Road also. Next blocks are about few KM apart from A block. But later on I heard that Army Housing has got a portion of land in that A block area. That probably caused Hold up in development of entire Phase I Ext.
I am not sure about the latest status so some one more informed on the actual layout on ground and latest situation may update this forum |
