Dear Friends,
What will be the over all property scenario next year, I mean What inflation is expected in DHA 6--7 plots.
I can see the graphs and History of DHA 9/10 and Parkview/DHA8 and can estimate the value by next year.
But i am totally blank in DHA 6--7 ..
Please give your valuable suggestions..

This year i have budget of 26==27 lacs and understood nothing can buy in DHA with in this amount.
So i am planning to invest next year June/july with a total capital of 40 Lacs.
Now my question is : What will be the expected inflation till June/July so that i may strategies accordingly.
(Few weeks ago CMY confirmed 29--31 lacs for 10 marla plots in DHA 6..and now the price shooted 6--7 lacs).

I think we are mixing developed and un developed plots prices of 10 marla in DHA 6. D block 10 marla UNDEVELOPED plots were selling and are sold at lower prices but developed plots in A block in DHA 6 were never sold under 41 lacs in 2010. They are now getting more expensive because A block 10 marla area now looks like DHA 5 with over dozon houses and occupants in it.
