I have a small lot of 7 marla, in bahria town phase 7 rawalpindi,,,in usman block..close to newly built hospital.Can someone tell me what should i demand for it, i am overseas, and dont know the value

In usman block i saw prices going from 8.5 to 10.5, now it will depend on where you plot is located |
