Dear CMY,
Why the daily prices of the DHA phases are shown less in your latest prices especially DHA 6 prices. Previously you were mentioning Phase 6 B block highest prices as 80 and now you are mentioning it as 70. Same with H & J blocks. Now the max price mentioned by you is 70 insted of 78.
Is it the price correction or a decrease in price. I am watching some adjustment in phase 8 prices also. I would appreciate if you elaborate this in detail.
This will help a lot of people to understand the trend as DHA prices adjustment reflects on other societies also.

These prices are for rough estimation, the prices vary a lot on location and urgency of selling and buying. If you want more accurate rates then find the plots for sale shown lower down out of discussions table,These prices are fairly accurate
To know worth of your plot see the Location worth of those advertised Plots on Maps, then match that with Google earth /wikimapia images to see on ground situation like laying on encroachment or near encroachment or fully developed or houses nearby. After doing some plus minus [bad or good features] you can know worth of your holding or can judge how much offer you can give for certain purchase.

Zaka Ul Haq sahib prices have fallen a lot in DHA 6 8 and other phases recently.
