I am not sure all phases have 7 and 5 Merla plots,
DHA 5 XX have 5 Merla plots but now are mostly Houses there and Price is about 50 For a 2 story Built House of course not new 5 to 10 ys old. |

5 marla 27 to 45 lacs
7 marla 30 to 50 lacs
10 marla 50 to 75 lacs
