I want to know the prevailing market rate of a Kanal Plot # C-76 facing 150 ft wide road of Phase 5 DHA Lahore. I want to purchase the same from my relative. Kindly also comment whether it is adviseable to purchase the same for construction of own house for living or for investment. Thanks in advance

Plot is worth 1 crore plus minus 1 lacs.This price is for one kanal. If you they have extra land than it could be higher. |

CMY thanks for your response, the owner says extra land is about half Marla for which payment is already made. What will its worth with half Marla more than a Kanal ? |
