Mr Khalid it is totally different Product, This the 100% for army, the army officers pay some percentage of their salary [optional] and Built Houses are given to them on discount rates, Although army officer can sell them to Public but that is done after completion and NOC for GHQ, This was usally named as askari 1 to 11 Askary 10 or Askari X most of us aware.
This was basic spirit to establish DHA and main job of DHA was the same, But when Lots of money involed in realesate business then Pak Army proved that they can do this job better than others. Although there are side effects of all things.
DHA 5,6,7,8,9 are 90% Civilians and only 10 percent army. And are totally Commercial products like other housing societies. DHA comes under the registrar private housing socities. |
