I would like to ask your opinion,i want to buy a 10 marla SD house in askari 10,or askari 9,what is the current rate for 10 marla SD house?and is defence as safe as army houses?what is the rate of 10 marla house in DHA developed phases?just for a rough idea...thankyou very much for your help

U may go for askari 11 ( that is army housing scheme and that too in defence i,e DHA phase 5 extension)so two in one. |

Askari 11 is the only askari housing schemem ( from 1 to 12) that is in defence i,e DHA Phase 5 extension.
balloting of houses of askari 11 is being planned tentively In next week or first week of Nov 2010.
Only after balloting the houses will be available in the market for sale.
HOUSES will be ready to be moved in by Nov/dec 2010.
price may range between 90 to 98 lacs. |
