There is an add on TV for sale of Bahria town plot but each time i missed it and did not saw it completly.
Doese anybody know what kind of plot are for sale ? any link to see details ? as i see nothing on there website

Thank you Stranger for giving the link for the ad about BAhria Lahore. I would like to know more about this. Is Bahria now forcing people to take possession for their plots?
How about the full paid plots, but not yet taken possession? Some people have paid full amount to Bahria but possession not taken for some reasons, what will happen to them?
Is Bahria going to cancel their plots also?
Please elaborate.

As per terms & conditions, Bahria Town may change the location of the plot if the possession has not taken and the new location of the plot will surely be worst, may be in Bahria Orchard !!! |

Yes, as per terms and conditions, it is right. But taking possession and not constructing the house within 4 years is another problem. As per their rules, there are huge charges for not constructing after taking possession. It is around 12000 per month for ten marla. Who will afford it?
By giving such ad; is this is a new way that Bahria want to make profit by charging that amount from the people who are not taking possession physically? |

how about a 5 or 7 marla plot? |
