Need a small house,

Dear friends... I will be visiting Lahore during December and want to buy a small house for my brother in the vicinity of Ferozpur road after Jinnah hospital. my budget is 10 - 15 lak. any advise / guidance from all viewers / readers will be appreciated.

Jinnah Hospital is not on Ferozepur Road, However you may find a suitable house in Nishter Colony Ferozepur Road, 3 Merla may be Double story , It is located on ferozepur Road Few KM after Ghazi Road [The Exit which DHA 4 residents use to Come to Ferozepur Road]
I never visited that area but On google earth it looks Planned and I had vague info of Price.It Comes on you left hand when you come from Canal
It is well populated

Dear Jameel, It is nice to hear that in Pakistan (Lahore) one can buy double story house in this budjet. This good suggession.
Do you have any other such suggestion arround Shaukat_khanum hospital, or raiwind road?

Pls try shershah Colony on Raiwind Road is not very good but Planned and densely populated you get Plot of 3 Merla in 5 and House in 12 to 15. It is 7 KM from Thokar and 7 KM from shoukat Khanum Right on Raiwind Road
