There is an add for this on TV and saw on start marketing website. It is a new project behind Scheme 3, it is of 2 floor buildings appartmener, looks very nice on the brochure and price is good also.
But i never heared of PAK SIM Builders, anyone know what project they did ? are they serious ?
Also what people think is it good opprtunity ?

I visited the site and office yesterday .......it is pity to have such people in the estate....people will loose lot of money. Their target is people with hard earned money |
