Future of BT Orchard is very bright but in the long term. You can say 5-10 Years approx. If you have holding power, I assure you that after 10 Years you will see that the sociteis at Riawind Road will become the hot property. Please remember teh status of area beyond johar town before 10 yrs. Now it is well developed and full of socities like wapda Town, Valencia etc. My dear fellows, You will never find a plot after 10 yrs at Riawind Road at the rate as the market is offering now. So, Secondly, you can compare the BT with DHA on teh basis of facilities even I think it is better than DHA. |
