Dear Mr. CMY & Other friends:
I am living in kuwait since long time. I want to buy a house in lahore with budget of about Rs. 8,000,000 to 10,000,000. Normally i visit Pakistan (With family & children)twice a year for the duration of one month each time. The purpose to buy a house is that when ever i visit Pakistan, i can stay there comfortably and when i am outside i can rent the house. Is renting the house like this is secure and how the security can be assured in ones absence. Which area is suitable near Mall road or Cantt. area.
Please provide detailed suggestions.

Only rent out your property in Pakistan if you relly have to and you have a friend/relative you can really really trust to keep an eye on the property/tenants while you are away.
If you want to be near Mall Road/Cantt only safe option would be DHA. |
