my question is ,what is the rate of 10 marla in dha phase 2 islamabad and 1 k in dha commner town.2nd Q is which is safe investment out of the two.

There was lots of contradiction on the development status of sector D-12, Being resident of Islamabad and having good reputation on this web page, would you please write the factual status its future and number of houses under construction in sector D-12.

Pace of development work is very slow.
Grid station is completed.
10 homes are under construction.
Real markeet value of plots will clear when investors quit;

I am interested in a 25 x 40 plot there but very much confused about the prices if it will ruin my hard earned money or i could make some good margin in a couple of years,
