Dear Mr. CMY & Other friends:
I am living in kuwait since long time. I want to buy a house in lahore with budget of about Rs. 8,000,000 to 10,000,000.(approximately 10 marla area, with atleast three bed rooms). Normally i visit Pakistan (With family & children)twice a year for the duration of one month each time. The purpose to buy a house is to live in during our visits to Pakistan, & when i come back some body (Tenant) can look after it during my absence. Is renting the house like this is secure and how the security can be assured in ones absence. Which area is suitable & secure near Mall road or Cantt. area.
I have heard about Askari-10, how is that area from living & security point of view
Please provide detailed suggestions.
