Looking to purchase DHA-8 PV file:
1. Is it a good decision at 19.80 lacs?
2. whats the transfer fee?
3. Development time since no ballot yet?
actually i am looking to build on it in next 3-5 years. Please comment.

Park View DHA pHASE 8 FIE WILL BE Balloted in teh same place where proper phase 8 has been placed...

yes it will be best investment for 3 to 5years time right now when the rates are down earth.no chance of loss rather it u will get huge profit in 3 to 5 years.after 3 to 5 years u will be very happy that at that time u made good decision.i have 10 marla plot in park view but now i am coming to pakistan to buy one kanal plot inshallah.ballot will be withen six month as every body is saying. jab her banda kisi khas chees k bare main aik he baat kahta he to us main zaroor kuch na kuch hota ha.take care |
