Hello everyone,
Can someone tell me how good it would be for me to invest in NFC Phase 2, Lahore if i am talking of less capital investment and a good profit in atleast 5-7 years?
Do you suggest me anyother place to invest having less capital value at present and can give good money after a period of 5 years or so?\
Your answers would be deeply appreciated. Thanks

NFC is very good approch iwse and price also is good, it is goo time to buy a plot on exceptiol location with nominal difference in price like 5 Lac for bad locatiob 6 for average and 7 to 7.5 for 100 feet road etc, the only problem is NFC people are going slow in development honestly by now they must have finished 60% of work, But only 10% Work is done, I heard many members are not paying their dues, As you know inflation is rising so if they continued like this it looks impossible they will be able to complete. This is the only glitch which prevents me investing there. |

Mr Abdullah, i would suggest go for central park, rate are very cheap & its good investment in next 4-5 years, you can get 10 marla plot 6:50 to 11 lac depend upon location.i would suggest you in 8-9 lac you get good plot & its in possesion area, its safe investment & in future it will be 2nd model town on ferozpur road. Just visit & decide. |
