Why not you update daily rates of Construction materials (Bricks, Steel, Cement, Crush etc...) like daily property rates.

Dear CMY,
I have one suggestion that might be good, why dont you create a seperate web site for construction services and let the clients create username/password and offer them the service to have regular updates of their house construction!:)

Dear mmunir sb I suppose this website is for real estate discussions not for Masons and labors also. My Comments are just lighter part of it. On the other hand rate list of plots is becoming very heavy if you compare it with previous years because dealers have nothing to do much as sale purchase graph is going down like rock. Investors and Clients buy/sell something after making a detailed research.Property is under slum so better burn your energies and invest your money where it is rewarding. |
