do not invest in files and on booking, you don't know what plot will be your. It will take ages before you see the lay out plan then there will be reshuffling and shifting of plots from one to an other place and it is 15 years game plan
If you don't trust me ask some one who applied for Bharia Phase 8-9 ten years ago. |

But what choice we have if we dont have Cash ? it is the only way as it is on installement plan. Banks are toooo expensive.
If the extension is in between oversea enclave and bahria house, than it mean it can be quickly developped as aera is already developped arround.
THAT IS WHY I AM ASKING THE EXACT LOCATION TO SEE IF I SHOULD INVEST OR NOT

as far as my information in concern:
1. Development charges not included.
2. Site falls near chakbelikhan, if you look at ph-8 map its next to K and N sector. I'll upload image with location. |

@ Safwan Khan sahib dev charges are included. It is mentioned on reverse of the application form. |
