Aoa Dear Brothers,
I hope every1 is ok, I am planning to open a small medical centre with delivery suite facility in a village Rawalpindi to provide service free of charge.
is this kind of project will be beneficial to people?
what would be the running cost per month?
How hard is it to find a qualified doctor and nurse?
What is reasonable salary for a doctor and nurse?
any additional information will be much appreciated.

if it is with opertion theater then all expesise will be approximately 375K per month. with avergae pay of doctor MBBS 40K gyanecologist 75K nurse 20K. YOu ahve your own building or rented building which will need inital investment for conversion it into mini hospital also.
If you pay resonable with facilites then everything is easy. Salary depends upon patients. IF a lot of patients and every one is free then you ahve tp pay more. IF on share basis then less salery. Also what otjher facilites u providing like transportation, accommodation, food, permotion etc etc. Nothing fixed. But 400K enough per month expenditure with operation theater. This does not include medicen etc. |

Also consider:
A consultancy centre or Diagnostic centre without admission facility. No free medicine.
Hire 1000 feet minimum area with cabins of doctors and staff provide free medical checkup facility by hiring Male and female doctors.
It will cost u 5 lekh per month minimum.U can also provide altrasound, X-Rays and labortary tests facilty on nominal charges.
Option 2: 80% patient to be checked on no profit no loss basis and 20 free.
100 % Free admission and free medicine are not managable at individual level. Finding doctors and staff is not issue if u can offer handsome salary.

It is a great idea for rural areas. If it is free of charge then there are lot of community members which like to contribute. |
