I Think LAC report, LDA Patwar Khana report , accounts report all are part of NOC, I recently bough one house in LDA area, best thing is to pay small biana which you relative or brother can do and then tell owner to get NOC, one can get it in one month, Once you have NOC then process is fast like DHA, Like after NOC I did every thing in one week, And 8th day I was back to UAE, But as a whole the process continued for 6 weeks. Owner Claimed that he paid nominal bribe like 4,5 thousands at one stage but all papers were clear.
If there is no completion letter then it is big headache sometimes it cost more than one lac, Of course some bribe but hefty fine for violation of building codes, One person known to me tried to build 3rd story only 1/3 of covered area on the Back of house, it was not showing from road but still LDA came in action and they stopped the construction and he had to pay 3 Lac fine plus some bribe . |
