Three-Story Banglow,

I have a pretty odd question to enquire.

Can I build a tripple story banglow in DHA (Ground + First + Second Floor) if it remains within the total hieght of 35' ? Any drawback u foresee?

no,It not allowed by DHA neither it is suitable that you make your House level low and keep the Celing at low height Just to make 3 storues. If you badly need moe accomodation then dig basement then itwill be Ok
1 Basement,
2 Ground and
3 ist Floor

U r right Habib.
There are lot of such examples in DHA. Two or three brothers living in combine family system, build houses on same concept.

technically it seems no problem in low height roofs,rather it works more effectively for centralized cooling and heating system.Here in Canada and US all houses are roof height of 7 t0 8 feet max.
