I bought this file two years ago in 10 lakh. After balloting I got a plot on 40 feet road, which one I don't like, so I want to sell this plot on my purchasing price. Anyone who is interested just sends me an email and his phone number and I will contact you. The price of the plot is final.

You are asking about 3 Lac more than market price, I am not aware of location.
in market average plots are in 13 lac including 6 Lac development charges |

madam i suggest u to keep the file as i hav two ... i bought them in 12 and 13 4 years back and now i decided to keep them although its a risk. Mr habib i dont kno what prices u are talking abt, as far i know file price is 8 to 9 lac exclusive of development charges which is 8 lac per kanal. |
